Is defining net neutrality possible? If it isn't, the effort is moot. In late March, Chairman Barton of the Commerce Committee announced that anyone who wanted Net Neutrality must first define it.

Please help us formulate a concise definition for Net Neutrality:
Ideas:
- End corporate control of source or end use of the net
- Allow people to upload and download any content they want
- Don't allow tiered service based on ability to pay
- Traffic preferences should be open to the public, not controlled for profit
- The Internet was designed to keep carriers and content separate, and should be allowed to stay that way
*Carriers shouldn't be allowed to collude with content providers
